The Trento Spumante Brut Riserva by Conti d'Arco is an intense Classic Method, which spends three years on the lees to render the profile of this blanc des blancs complex and toasted. Distinctively fragrant, complex notes of ripe fruit are perceived on the nose, opening the scene to toasted and pastry aromas. On the palate, it impresses with structure and freshness, but the sip is light and creamy. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes like butter trout
