The Trento Spumante Rosé Brut from the Revì winery is a Metodo Classico produced mainly with Pinot Nero and a small percentage of Chardonnay, aged on yeasts for 36 months. It has the classic profile of mountain sparkling wines, which always retain a pleasant and lively taste freshness, perfectly balancing the structure and aromatic richness typical of rosés. It is a Metodo Classico with a strong gastronomic vocation, perfect for tasting at the table throughout the meal.
The Metodo Classico Brut Rosé originates in the territory of Aldeno, the hilly area at the foot of Monte Bondone. An area always dedicated to viticulture, so much so that legend has it that the name of the winery is inspired by the expression “Re vin” with which the wines of Aldeno were famous in antiquity. Certainly, the Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grown in these lands produce some of the best sparkling bases in the region. The fermentation of the two varieties takes place separately, using steel tanks, and only after a period of aging of a few months
the final blend is created. The Pinot Nero provides the cuvée with structure, freshness, and aromatic richness, while the Chardonnay contributes a touch of refined elegance. The sparkling process and the second fermentation take place in the bottle, with a minimum aging period on the yeasts of 36 months before disgorgement.The Spumante Brut Rosé Revì faithfully reflects the style of the typical Trentino Metodo Classico, increasingly appreciated for its elegance, freshness, and expressive finesse.
