The Trento Spumante Rosé Extra Brut from the family winery Maso Martis is a velvety mountain wine suitable for any convivial occasion. It is made with pure Pinot Noir grapes and aged for 36 months on its own lees. The delicate rosé color and fine, persistent perlage evoke aromas of small red berry fruit, raspberries, wild strawberries, currants, and wildflowers like violet, with hints of yeast emerging in the finish. The sip is fresh, mineral, refined, elegant, with a long and balanced finish.
