"Unico" from the Casa Caterina winery in Lombardy is a white wine with great character, intense aromas and an irresistible taste. After careful selection of the grapes, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement tanks. The colour is deep golden yellow with luminous reflections and the bouquet recalls notes of toasted dried fruit, candied citron peel, light white spices and smoky sensations on the finish. The taste is soft, enveloping, mineral, fresh and with a slightly balsamic finish.
