The Vermentino from the Colli di Luni "Cavagino" is a soft, warm and structured white wine, produced with 48 hours of cryomaceration and vinification in steel and barrique. It has a mineral and Mediterranean aromatic profile, rich in aromatic herbs, balsamic notes and yellow fruit. On the palate it is enveloping and velvety, with pronounced freshness and sapidity.
