From our sommeliers

"Stellato" is a Vermentino from Sardinia with excellent balance and good aromatic intensity. It emanates inviting aromas of herbs and wildflowers, with Mediterranean notes of fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is full and enveloping, with good freshness and persistence.

The Vermentino "Stellato" by Pala is a great Vermentino, endowed with remarkable aromatic intensity and persistence. Produced by the Pala winery, the Stellato represents the flagship of a beautiful winery, active since 1950. The company was founded by Mario Pala's father, who is now at the helm of the winery, and within a few years managed to make the winery, in just a decade, one of the most interesting realities on the island. Pala's certainly well-judged choice has been to maintain a strong and unaltered bond with its territory, managing to create wines that are the perfect representation of Sardinia.

The Vermentino "Stellato" by Pala fully reflects the company's philosophy: to produce quality wines while respecting the environment, the winemaking traditions of Sardinia, and the family, striving to pay extreme attention to every winemaking process. It is with this extreme care for the grapes and attention during the winemaking phase that the "Stellato"was born, showing from the very beginning all its potential: a Vermentino with an excellent structure, a well-defined aromatic and taste profile, and a cellar aging capacity like few wines. A Vermentino that we particularly enjoy, capable of surprising and convincing sip after sip.
