The White from the Il Torchio winery is a dynamic and refreshing white wine from Liguria made from Vermentino grapes, vinified in steel with very short skin maceration for about half of the grapes. It emanates territorial aromas of fruit, flowers, aromatic and balsamic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, energetic, expressive, and pleasantly savory.
