Vermentino is the signature white of Fattoria La Màgia. The estate is located in the Brunello di Montalcino production area, but alongside Sangiovese, it also finds room for this white grape variety that has been present in Tuscany for centuries. Its sunny and Mediterranean profile, fresh and balanced, makes it a white of great personality and character. It is a grape that loves sun and wind, and even inland, it expresses itself with a rich and elegant face of great pleasantness and expressive immediacy.

Vermentino wine is the white wine in this interesting Montalcino estate range. Fattoria La Màgia manages a 15-hectare property, conducted under a certified organic farming regime, with vineyards located within a still unspoiled environmental context. The Vermentino vines are cultivated within the estate's estate, at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, with a sunny southeast-facing exposure. The particularly mild and breezy climate favours excellent ripening of the grapes with intense aromas. Once the harvesting operations are completed, with a selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, the grapes are pressed very softly to obtain only the flower must. Fermentation takes place for 90% of the mass in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and for the remaining 10% directly in barriques. Before bottling, the wine matures for a few months, partly in steel and partly in wood.

Fattoria La Màgia's Vermentino is the classic white wine of the Tuscan lands. It is an ideal bottle to enjoy throughout a meal with a seafood menu, particularly pasta with clams or seafood or grilled fish. To the eye, it has a beautiful bright straw-yellow colour with brilliant reflections. The bouquet is intense and rich, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, green apple, peach, yellow melon, hints of citrus, nuances of wildflowers and herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. It is pleasantly fruity on the palate, with a harmonious mouthfeel and good persistence, closing on fresh and savoury notes.
