The Vino Santo Arèle of the Cavit Winery is a sweet wine born from the native Nosiola vine. After drying, it is aged for over 5 years in oak and reveals itself for a full-bodied and velvety character. Its intense golden yellow color is accompanied by intense notes of dried fruit, almonds and chestnut honey. The sip is balanced in structure, freshness and sweetness, with a pleasant toasted persistence
