Arbei
Arbei is an interesting reality in the panorama of Italian liqueurs, which has managed to stand out with some labels of strong personality and original taste. Drawing on the oldest expressions of tradition, it has managed to innovate with an eye also on the needs of modern mixology, always in search of new products to stimulate the creativity of bartenders and propose cocktails with a modern taste. The project was born in the Marche headquarters of the company, at Villa Rivo, located in Montottone, in the province of Fermo. It is a true oasis of regenerating well-being, situated in the splendid rural landscape of the Marche hills. A relaxing place to savor the pleasures of a simple and healthy life, away from the frenetic and unsustainable rhythms imposed by contemporary society.
The idea of producing liqueurs was born right at Villa Rivo. A few kilometers from the Adriatic coast, the villa is immersed in a still wild and unspoiled nature, rich in spontaneous plants and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean scrub. The intense and fragrant scents of the vegetation have given rise to the desire to create products capable of expressing this aromatic richness. It was decided from the outset to focus on absolute purity, using local raw materials and enhancing their characteristics in a direct, simple, and essential way, minimizing the processing processes to leave the nature of the botanicals intact.
The base ingredient was soon identified as Laurus Nobilis, present in abundance in the surroundings of Villa Rivo, so much so that it became its symbol. This ancient plant has always been known and used in herbal medicine for its digestive qualities. It is also a very robust plant that requires little water and very few treatments. The laurel leaves used at Arbei all come from certified organic cultivations, precisely to guarantee healthy and genuine products. Thus, two labels based on Lauro were born, a Rosolio with a soft, soothing, balsamic, and aromatic taste and a Bitter characterized by extraordinary freshness and elegance.
