Argalà
Argalà was born in 2011 with the creation of the first Italian artisanal Pastis and has established itself in a few years as one of the brightest Italian distilleries, based in lower Piemonte, in the province of Cuneo. It was founded by Enrico and Piero, two young friends with a passion for gastronomy and liqueurs. The name ‘Argalà’ means ‘satisfied’ in the Piedmont dialect and indicates that happiness that arises in good company, drinking and eating well.
The production philosophy of Argalà is based on a very strict selection of raw materials and respect for slow and traditional procedures, without resorting to flavors, colorants, essences, or stabilizers. The rediscovery of the oldest traditions of the Maritime Alps serves as a source of inspiration, suggesting to the two young friends the recipes to follow and which raw materials to use. For the production of liqueurs, mountain herbs and plants, flowers, fruits, and spices are used, left to infuse cold in alcohol.
Argalà was born in 2011 with the creation of the first Italian artisanal Pastis and has established itself in a few years as one of the brightest Italian distilleries, based in lower Piemonte, in the province of Cuneo.
