Brigà

The Briga Brewery is a reality in the national brewing scene with absolutely unique characteristics. It is, in fact, a brewery located in Pian della Mussa, in the Graian Alps, surrounded by high peaks that exceed 3,600 meters above sea level. The Briga beers are born within a pristine alpine environment and out of respect for the still wild nature of the places, all production takes place using only and exclusively certified organic ingredients. The pure and crystal-clear water springs from sources located over 1,400 meters and gives the beer a light sip and an extremely expressive purity profile, perfectly reflecting the snowy landscape of the Piedmont Alps.

The Briga Brewery stands out for its high-quality production, inspired by the principles of environmental sustainability. At the base of the production process is a careful and meticulous research and selection of top-quality raw materials, all 100% Organic: barley malt, hops, yeast, and spring water. A production excellence based on a few natural ingredients that are the basis of a production process conducted with maximum transparency and that leaves nothing to chance. Every bottle that leaves the brewery must be a true ambassador of the territory, its natural characteristics, and its values. They are honest and sincere beers, with a simple and authentic taste, particularly appreciated by enthusiasts who love the classic flavor.

The catalog of the Briga Brewery consists of a limited number of labels, precisely to focus energies on a few projects without distractions. These are beers inspired by famous international models, the Blanche bela, made with wheat and with a citrusy, fresh, and spicy taste, particularly smooth and very refreshing; the Lager, the famous German pale beer produced with low fermentation, characterized by a low alcohol content and a refreshing sip; the Bock, a full-bodied and intense red beer, distinguished by an important structure and dense malty and caramel aromas; finally, the famous IPA, Indian Pale Ale, a beer born in England and characterized by an intense hopping, which makes the sip very fresh and citrusy.
