Broker's

Broker's is a distillery with over 2 centuries of history located near Birmingham, England. It was created from a building that previously housed a brewery by the brothers Martin and Andy Dawson, who decided to launch a premium brand on the market, combining seriousness, good gin, and a touch of British humor: just look at the style of the bottle, which features a bowler hat-shaped cork, a typical accessory of the London broker. The brothers' project was to develop a gin closely linked to London that could be appreciated worldwide.

At Broker's distillery, only traditional pot stills are used, the most effective for achieving the maximum possible extraction of botanical aromas. The gin is made following the ancient and secret recipe and is distilled in a copper still nicknamed "Constance" and considered one of the finest in the world. For production, English wheat and a combination of 10 botanicals are used, includingwhich include juniper, coriander seeds, and angelica root. The botanicals are left to macerate for 24 hours in a neutral spirit distilled 4 times. Then a fifth and final distillation occurs. By meticulously following these artisanal methods, Broker's is able to produce truly exceptional gin, perfect for creating cocktails and long drinks.

As a demonstration of the product's quality, Broker's gin has received prestigious international awards, including the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2005, the Platinum Award at the World Spirits Competition in 2007, and the Master Award at the Gin Masters in London in 2008. Broker's gin easily earns its place on every gin shelf, especially for lovers of the classic London Dry style.
