The Castello della Paneretta is located in the Chianti Classico area, on the western slopes of the hills that overlooking the Val d'Elsa, looking towards San Gimignano. Ancient records date back to wine production since 1596; from 1596 the wine tradition has continued to the present day, thanks to Fabio Albisetti, which in 1984 decided to fulfill his dream and start producing wine in this part of Tuscany, perfectly suited to his idea. So he decided to buy the Castello della Paneretta, giving way to his path in wine that, since 2008, is also followed by his son Enrico, his girlfriend Patricia Eckert and oenologist Nicola Berti. For a specific company choice are cultivated exclusively the native Sangiovese and Canaiolo, which are sufficient for the production of a great Chianti Classico, thanks to which you fully understand both the family's commitment in producing quality wines, both absolute territorial adherence expressed by their products.
