In the Provençal commune of La Londe-les-Maures, overlooking the Côte d'Or islands of the French Riviera, stands Chateau Galoupet, an oenological reality strongly intent on highlighting the Vineyard Territory of Provence while protecting the fragile balances of nature. The estate is owned by the famous French group LVMH, which in 2019 entrusted Jessica Julmy with the leadership by orienting its production philosophy toward the theme of sustainability. To this end, Chateau Galoupet is home to one of only 12 queen bee fertilization stations worldwide and has converted the vineyards to organic since 2020. The first wines of the new course were presented with the 2021 vintage, following 4 years of soil analysis and vineyard preparation. However, the Chateau's tradition is not so recent since as early as 1955 Chateau Galoupet was among the 18 Cru Classé de Provence.

The Chateau Galoupet estate includes 69 hectares of vineyards devoted to the local varieties Grenache Noir, Syrah, Tibouren, Rollo, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Rolle and Sémillon, each cultivated in a single plot that has suitable characteristics for the specific grape variety. To these are added 77 hectares of protected woodlands which underpin the area's exceptional wealth of biodiversity. The soils result from layers of metamorphic rocks such as quartz, sandstone and gravel, while the climate is typically Mediterranean, sunny and windy. On these pedoclimatic parameters, vines are raised according to organic farming principles, and genuine practices such as inter-row grassing and agroforestry are adopted in the field. Maturation of the rosés, the centerpiece of the Chateau's production, takes place in steel and demi-muids oak tanks.

Chateau Galoupet is the creator of rich and complex, savory and Mediterranean rosés, at the qualitative pinnacle of the type. In addition, the wines are packaged in a lightweight bottle composed of 70 percent recycled glass, thus also minimizing the environmental impact of the packaging.
