The Dancing Goat distillery is situated within the beautiful landscape of the The Vineyards of Cambridge wine region. The building that houses it resembles an old barn structure, made of wood, and gives a vintage touch to the project. Inside, in addition to the distillation plants and aging rooms, there is also a large tasting room where all the products of the brand. Among the labels, the traditional Limousin Rye Whisky certainly stands out, a classic rye whisky that ages in both used and new oak barrels, enhancing the complexity of the spirit with pleasant notes of vanilla, soft spices, and noble woods. The other flagship product is the Death's Door Gin, a surprising version of London Dry Gin interpreted in the sign of essential simplicity thanks to the use of only three botanicals: wild juniper berries from Washington Island, coriander, and fennel seeds.

The Travis Hasse Cow Pie label is, instead, a Rum Cream flavored with a blend of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, with a sweet, softand persistent. Finally, the Travis Hasse Apple Pei is a spirit flavored with the taste of apples and spices, and the Travis Hasse Cherry Pie is a spirit characterized by aromas of maraschino cherry and vanilla.
