Fair Spirits

The Fair Spirits brand was created to offer vodka, gin, and other spirits made through a correct and fair production approach, aptly called fair, based on economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Indeed, fairness is directed both to the consumer and to the farmers, in a general perspective of respect for the planet we live on. The foundation of this independent French brand dates back to 2009, the year in which Alexandre Koiransky embarked on the project of building a wide and sustainable supply chain by collaborating with farmers, distilleries, chefs, bartenders, and retailers, exploring new territories and cultures. In particular, Fair Spirits guarantees sustainable working conditions for farmers, who are paid a fair price to support rural communities in Bolivia, Uzbekistan, Argentina, Belize, India, Sri Lanka, and many other countries. To ensure maximum authenticity for the consumer, each product is obtained through the best distillation techniques, the result of the centuries-old French distillation tradition, starting from natural, organic, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO raw materials. Finally, Fair Spirits is committed to minimizing environmental impact through responsible production, also excluding the use of plastic.

For the production of its distillates, Fair Spirits uses high-quality ingredients sourced from some of the poorest areas in the world, including juniper berries from Uzbekistan, organic coffee beans from Mexico, cane sugar from Belize, Goji berries from Tibet, and quinoa from the Andes. All these ingredients are processed in a distillery in the Cognac region of France, by master distiller Philip Laclie.

Today, the Fair Spirits brand produces high-quality vodka, gin, rum, and other spirits, driven by the belief that the excellence of a product is closely linked to ethics and sustainability. These are original and unique distillates in their kind, all certified Fair Trade, born from traditional and meticulous processes.
