Frapin
The production of Domaine Frapin is based on respect for tradition, with the entire process of cultivation, harvesting, distillation, and aging taking place within the estate. On its 240 hectares of owned vineyards, this historic production reality mainly cultivates Ugni Blanc, the principal variety for Cognac. Following the classic white winemaking of the grapes, the wine is quickly distilled through traditional charentais stills, while the subsequent prolonged aging takes place in Limousine or Tronçais oak barrels.
