Nolet Distillery

Nolet Distillery is not just a prestigious name in the European Spirits landscape, it is also the oldest Dutch distillery. Founded back in 1691 in Schiedam by Joannes Nolet, it is still managed by his heirs. The tradition and art of distillation have been passed down from generation to generation over the centuries, and today Nolet represents an important industrial reality that has managed to preserve the ancient family face of its origins. The past and present merge in an indissoluble passion for the production of high-quality spirits, carrying on a widespread custom in the Netherlands, especially thanks to the historic production of Gin.

After over 300 years of history, Nolet Distillery has preserved its original headquarters, becoming a sort of small heritage for the local community. Its success is fundamentally due to the ability to combine tradition with innovation, to look to the future while firmly holding on to the values of centuries of valuable experience. Gin has been complemented byprestigious labels of Vodka, created to expand the market and differentiate production. But what has remained unchanged is the artisanal approach to production practices: the careful selection of raw materials, obsessive attention to processing processes to always achieve the highest quality.

Now projected towards the future, Nolet Distillery is also well aware of the problems related to the environmental impact of every production activity. The desire to innovate and to always keep pace with the times has led the distillery to follow the path of environmental and energy sustainability, using green energy and with a meticulous differentiation of all processing waste to achieve the maximum percentage of reuse. Today this distillery produces numerous successful labels, protagonists of the main international markets: Ketel One Vodka, KETEL1 Jenever, and NOLET's Finest Gin. Sensitivity to ethical issues is also manifested by the commitment and active participation in the Foundation for Responsible Alcohol Use thatis responsible for promoting communication campaigns for the responsible use of alcoholic beverages, especially aimed at young generations.
