TS Spirits
TS Spirits represents an innovative Milanese brand specialized in the production of high-quality gin according to sustainable practices, such as the use of recycled plastic "Ocean Bound", meaning plastic that would otherwise be destined to end up in the oceans. The founders of this production reality are Fabio Todesco and Eugenio Speroni, childhood friends and partners who combined their strong passion for the world of spirits, particularly gin, with their experience as managers and brand ambassadors in the field of sustainability regarding new technologies. Not only passion, experience, and sustainability, behind TS Spirits lie 10 long years of studies and research related to distillation techniques and the experimentation of hundreds of recipes based on a multitude of Italian and foreign botanicals. The collaboration with the important Distilleria Magnoberta, founded in 1918 by the Luparia family in the city of Casale Monferrato, marked a key turning point to put into practice the years of work, which found the right the enhancement in the very long and wise distillation technique of the Luparia leading to the birth in 2021 of the first gin signed TS Spirits.
In the realization of its gins, TS Spirits uses 11 botanicals, almost all Italian, including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, nutmeg, citrus peel, clove, Tuscan iris root, and long pepper from Java. The technique used involves cold infusion and subsequent separate distillation for the juniper, the protagonist of any respectable gin, later blended with the product of the long infusion of the remaining 10 ingredients. The resulting mixture can be bottled directly or, in the "Double Distilled" version, subjected to a second distillation in discontinuous copper stills. Throughout the entire process, the use of additives or sugars is excluded and all the ingredients used are 100% natural.
