"Znestra" is a sparkling wine from Emilia based on Malvasia di Candia grapes that conquers for its irresistible smoothness and delicious drink. It is obtained by spontaneous refermentation in the bottle, when in spring, with rising temperatures, indigenous yeasts process the last remaining sugars.
