The Quattro Vicariati by Cavit is a red wine Bordeaux blend named after the area between the municipalities of Ala, Avio, Bretonico, and Mori in Vallagarina, a highly suitable southern Trentino region. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes, it ages in barrels for 18 months and reveals a bouquet of intense red fruits, currants, blackberries, sweet spices, and tobacco. The taste is round with soft tannins, featuring fruity and balsamic persistence.
