'790 Pecats' Loxarel 2021

The “790 Pecats” by Loxarel is a Spanish red based on Grenache, with a small addition of Syrah. The winery works according to the principles of biodynamics and is part of the most important Catalan biodynamic association. This wine is light and easy to drink, a factor accentuated by aging in amphora which helps make the sip clearer and cleaner. On the nose, it is very fruity and the brief passage in barrique gives a slight note of vanilla on the finish. On the palate, it is very fresh, well-balanced, and truly easy to drink. Versatile in pairings, it is to be tried with intense fish dishes like cod or with fresh cheeses
