The Aglianico del Vulture "Il Sigillo" is made from late-harvest grapes. The prolonged maceration for 30 days and aging in oak barrels for 24 months contribute to forming sweet and deep notes and an elegant, soft taste, with a slight residual sugar. A modern interpretation of an ancient technique that makes this Aglianico almost similar to an Amarone
