The Albarino "Albamar" by Bodegas Albamar is a white wine aged in barrel and steel for 8 months that tastes of the ocean. In fact, the vineyards, with high tide, are washed by the Atlantic Ocean. Iodized and salty, tense and fresh: a sip dedicated to those who love and seek savoriness!

Albarino "Albamar" is literally a sip of ocean, a splendid Galician nectar endowed with a saline texture of true excellence. Bodegas Albamar tells us through its territorial liquids about a region with immense winemaking potential like Galicia, where the Mediterranean climate meets the Atlantic Ocean. The result is marine liquids, often notable for their savory finish, produced almost always from the prince of local white grape varieties, namely Albarino, which also has surprising potential for aging. In the vineyard, no chemical or synthetic substances are used, and in the cellar, a philosophy is followed where vigilant care is preferred over intervention. The style of the winery, therefore, while being dedicated to rigor and millimetric precision, is devoid of any superstructures or manipulations. Adamantine purity.

The wine "Albamar" is made from pure Albarino grapes, sourced from vineyards located above the Atlantic Ocean that rest on sandy soils of granitic origin. In the vineyard, the guidelines of organic farming are followed to preserve the integrity of soil and plants, and in the cellar, this is consistently continued, with spontaneous alcoholic fermentations and without conducting malolactic fermentation. The liquid ages for 8 months on fine lees in steel tanks and large 20 hl barrels and undergoes no filtration before bottling.

"Albamar" Albarino presents itself in the glass with an intense and lively straw-yellow hue. The olfactory impact is already like a dive into the ocean as it is characterized by iodized bursts and briny breezes, however integrated with citrus peel and golden apple. It is, however, on the palate that the liquid shows all its strength, driven by a truly remarkable framework of salt and freshness. It fades with balsamic returns and, just to change things up, on a salty trail that immediately invites another sip. Everyone to the sea.
