The Blanc de Blancs by Contratto is a sparkling wine Alta Langa with an elegant and dry profile, aged for 4 years on the lees. It is characterized by a very refined bouquet, composed of notes of citrus, white flowers, dried fruit, apple, and light mineral nuances. On the palate, it shows a soft, clean, and chiseled texture, with intense structure and lively freshness.
