The Blanc de Noirs "For England" by Contratto is a sparkling Alta Langa Pas Dosé made from Pinot Noir grapes grown at 740 meters above sea level and aged on the lees in the bottle for 48 months. Notes of berries, dried fruit, citrus sensations, hints of balsamic herbs, and light smoky nuances compose an elegant olfactory passport. On the palate, it is creamy, fine, and harmonious, characterized by a refined perlage and extraordinary freshness-sapidity.
