Fontanafredda's Alta Langa Brut 'Limited Edition' is a fresh sparkling wine from Piedmont, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and aged for at least 30 months on the lees in the bottle. With a fine perlage and enveloping on the palate, it is characterized by a pleasant sapidity that accompanies the sip on the finish, while citrus notes of grapefruit, floral notes, yellow peach and basil stand out on the nose. A smooth flowing and versatile sparkling wine to drink as an aperitif or throughout a meal!
