The Alta Langa Brut from the Piedmont winery Cuvage is a fresh and agile sparkling wine that pairs well with fish dishes or evenings with friends. It is made with a blend of carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and aged on its own lees for 36 months. The color is pale straw yellow with golden reflections and fine bubbles, the nose is intoxicated by fruity and floral aromas accompanied by hints of bread crust and hazelnuts.
