The Alta Langa Brut from the Piedmont winery Cuvage is a fresh and agile sparkling wine that pairs well with fish dishes or evenings with friends. It is made with a blend of carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and aged on its own lees for 36 months. The color is pale straw yellow with golden reflections and fine bubbles, the nose is intoxicated by fruity and floral aromas accompanied by hints of bread crust and hazelnuts. The sip is crunchy, fresh, mineral, smooth, and harmonious

The Alta Langa Brut Cuvage is the interpretation of the young winery of Acqui Terme of the great Piedmont sparkling wine tradition, which in recent years has found new life with the growth of the Alta Langa denomination. Thanks to grapes of excellent quality, long aging on the lees, and the choice to propose only vintage wines, it has caught the attention of the most discerning enthusiasts for its freshness and elegance. It is a classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, which highlights the perfect complementarity of the grape varieties and the vocation of a great terroir. It is excellent to taste throughout the meal, with fish menus, fried foods, fish in a salt crust, or baked.

The Brut Alta Langa by Cuvage is the expression of a terroir that is establishing itself in the Italian landscape as one of the most interesting for sparkling wine. The grapes of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay come from the Monferrato area, more precisely from the wonderful hilly area that goes from Strevi to Castino. The vines have an average age of about 25 years and are cultivated at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level, on very suitable soils, composed of marls characterized by a high percentage of limestone. The harvests take place slightly early, between the end of August and the beginning of September, with collection and selection in the vineyard, so as to bring to the winery only perfectly healthy bunches. The grapes are vinified separately, with soft pressing and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After a few months of aging, the blending and second fermentation take place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a sur lattes aging of about 36 months.

The Classic Method Cuvage Alta Langa Brut is a sparkling wine of excellent quality, dedicated to those who prefer the classic taste, which focuses mainly on clear floral and fruity freshness. In the glass, it presents itself with a bright light yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. The perlage is of remarkable delicacy and persistence. Fine and elegant, it offers a bouquet characterized by aromas of white flowers, of orange blossom, ripe citrus, apple, white peach, hints of red currant, of bread crust and toasted dried fruit. Intense and harmonious, it stands out on the palate for its rich and ripe fruit, which anticipates a finish characterized by a lively mineral freshness and a pleasantly savory closure.
