The Alta Langa "Oudeis" from the Piedmont winery Enrico Serafino is an elegant expression of the territory that tells the story and tradition of the Langhe. It is made with a blend of manually harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that rest for 36 months on the lees after vinification. The color is pale yellow with bright golden reflections, and on the nose, it reveals a rich and floral bouquet with nuances of citrus, fresh summer fruit, and notes of bread crust. The taste is straight, mineral, harmonious, with a savory and long finish.
