The Alta Langa "Oudeis" from the Piedmont winery Enrico Serafino is an elegant territorial expression that tells the story and tradition of the Langhe. It is made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand that rest for 36 months on the lees after vinification. The color is pale yellow with bright golden reflections and on the nose reveals a rich floral bouquet with hints of citrus, summer fresh fruit, and notes of bread crust. The taste is straight, mineral, harmonious, and with a savory and long finish.
