The Alta Langa Extra Brut "Parcellaire" by Enrico Serafino is a classy sparkling wine produced by a historic producer from southern Piemonte. For years a reference for sparkling wines from the Langhe, with this bottle the winery experiments with the selection of the best vineyard parcels, hence the name, to produce a unique blend. Citrus and floral notes open the scene to classic pastry notes and mineral hints of salt. On the palate, it is complex, structured, and very persistent, excellent with appetizers and intense starters as well as with white meats.
