Alta Langa Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs "Propagò" by Enrico Serafino is a Piedmontese expression that offers freshness and harmony in every sip. This sparkling wine is made from pure Chardonnay grapes that are harvested and selected by hand and, after vinification, are aged on the lees for 36 months. The colour is straw yellow and the perlage is fine and persistent, the aromas are reminiscent of white flowers, citrus fruits, acacia honey and bakery perfume. The taste is full, involving, mineral and with a long and balanced finish
