The Alta Langa Riserva Pas Dosé "Zero 140" from the Enrico Serafino winery is a Vintage sparkling wine of excellent structure and refinement, perfect for celebrating unique and important occasions. The wine ages on its lees for about 140 months, this long time gives character and intensity. The straw yellow color with golden hues fills the glass with a brilliant cloak and the nose is intoxicated by decisive and deep aromas of candied fruit, honey, and crusty bread. The taste is wide, creamy, enveloping, vibrant, and with a very long finish

The Alta Langa Riserva Pas Dosé “Zero 140” by Enrico Serafino is a Vintage that expresses the highest point of production from the famous Piedmont winery. A careful selection of high-quality grapes from the best vineyards of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay on the estate and a very long aging on the lees give rise to a cuvée of rare elegance and aromatic depth. The final result is a Metodo Classico with a gastronomic vocation, perfect for serving at a special dinner, with an important seafood menu or with roasted white meats.

The Pas Dosé “Zero 140” Alta Langa Riserva by Enrico Serafino is a cuvée made up of a majority base of Pinot Nero, complemented by some Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards aged 25-28 years, located in the areas of Mango, Loazzolo, and Bubbio at an altitude between 450 and 550 meters above sea level. At the end of the harvest, the healthiest and ripest bunches are carefully controlled and selected by hand on the vibrating sorting table, before being gently pressed in protection from oxygen. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and after an aging of 6 months on the fine lees, with periodic bâtonnage, the base wines are blended. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico with an aging on the lees of at least 140 months and with a disgorgement of a limited number of bottles each year.

The “Zero 140” is an Alta Langa Riserva Pas Dosé by Enrico Serafino created to highlight the longevity characteristics of the wines from Alta Langa, which have a consistently high freshness. It is a bottle for connoisseurs, who love the complex and evolved Metodo Classico, with great charm. In the glass, it presents a light yellow color with bright golden reflections and a perlage of extraordinary finesse and delicate persistence. The bouquet is elegant and mature, with aromas of candied citrus peel, ripe yellow fruit, honeyed softness and pastry notes, hints of vanilla, dried fruit, and bread crust. The sip is broad and satisfying, with a rich and evolved aromatic spectrum and a very persistent, fresh, and mineral finish.
