The Alta Langa Sparkling Rosé Brut by Elém is a Classic Method of great finesse and freshness, produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes and matured on the lees for at least 30 months. It releases delicate notes of currants, wild strawberries, dog rose, and pomegranate, and impresses on the palate with its refined and deep profile, characterized by a fresh and mineral tension.
