The Alta Langa Rosé Brut Reserve "Contessa Rosa" from the Fontanafredda winery is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine perfect for pairing with raw fish dishes and vegetables. It is made with a carefully selected blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and aged on the lees for 48 months. The pale rosé color brightens the glass and accompanies a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is flooded with floral and citrus aromas while the palate enjoys a fine yet long sip.
