The Alta Langa Rosé de Saignée "Oudeis" by Enrico Serafino is a brut sparkling wine from Piedmont that manages to conquer every palate. The name comes from the Greek "Odysseus" and means nobody; according to the owner, in fact, nobody is at the origin of the wine's complexity, only the terroir has this paternity. After aging for 36 months on the lees, this label reveals itself in the glass as a brilliant rosé, the perlage is fine and persistent, and the aromas recall red berry fruits and wildflowers. The sip is wide, fresh, fruity, and has a long and persistent finish.
