The Alta Langa Rosé Riserva Pas Dosé Sparkling Wine "Zero de Saignée" by Enrico Serafino is a complex and structured wine that represents one of the excellences of this winery. To create it, pure Pinot Noir grapes are manually selected and aged for 60 months on their own lees. The color is pale pink with distinct hues reminiscent of onion skin, the perlage is fine and persistent, and the aromas released recall small red berries, fresh wildflowers, and bread crust. The sip is broad, enveloping, mineral, with a long and savory finish.

Scent:
Complex, deep, notes of small red fruits, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and currant blend with hints of bread crust, white fruit, and linden flowers.
