The Amarone "Cavolo" by Brigaldara is a soft, intense, and complex red wine, the result of the homonymous vineyard in Grezzana, aged for 48 months in small and large barrels. The bouquet expands with sensations of sour cherries, cocoa, coffee, balsamic herbs, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is round, warm, balanced, harmonious, and persistent.
