The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Ca' Florian is born in the namesake vineyards of the Tommasi Estate from naturally dried grapes of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella. It presents a deep ruby red color and, thanks to over 4 years of aging in wood, is characterized by intense aromas of plum, cherry, blackberry, and red fruits, with hints of licorice and bitter cocoa. The sip is full and rich, with well-integrated and smooth tannins and an elegant, sweet finish
