The Amarone "Valpantena" by Bertani is a traditional interpretation of this well-known type from the Valpolicella area. Made with grapes left to dry for 4 months, it ages in wood for more than two years, offering notes of blackberry jam, dried flowers, pepper, rhubarb, and moist earth on the nose. The sip is full and warm, with a beautiful structure and tannic texture, supported by mineral undertones.
