'Amfora Sense Sulfits Afegits' Ancestral A Pèl Loxarel 2022

The "Amfora Sense Sulfits Afegits" Ancestral A Pèl by Loxarel is a sparkling wine produced according to Ancestral Method, a very dear style to the winery, as much as the variety that inspires its name, Xarel-lo. The fermentation in amphora gives great clarity and enhances the typical scents of this white grape, such as aromaticity and sapidity. The nose has evident floral scents, then more intense notes of almond and quince, while the finish reveals hints of fennel and Mandarin. To the palate it is equally complex: almost salty and fresh, persistent but also round, with a slight effervescence that tickles the palate. Good for cooling off during a hot afternoon or great to accompany fish appetizers
