Angheli by Donnafugata is a Sicilian red wine with an international character, produced from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged for 12 months in barriques and medium barrels. It is characterized by spicy and Mediterranean perfumes of wild berries, licorice, graphite and aromatic herbs. The taste is structured, balanced and persistent

This "Angheli" manifests in the eye with a concentrated ruby red color, crossed by light reflections tending more towards garnet. Broad and layered aromas engage the nose in a dance that starts from ripe fruit and reaches touches of aromatic herbs and graphite. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a captivating sip thanks to a tannic structure finely integrated into the overall framework; it ends with a finish of good persistence. A red that Donnafugata presents with a soft dress and a cosmopolitan profile, derived from the starting varietals used with absolute mastery.
