Arbois-Pupillin Chardonnay 'Jurassique' Domaine de La Renardiere 2023

"Jurassique" is a Chardonnay from Jura that takes its name from the ancient origin of the area's soils made up of blue marls. After a good aging in barrique, it exhibits a rich, dynamic, and deep body, with a mineral, saline, and pleasantly fatty texture, accompanied by a bouquet of citrus, butter, chalk, and dried fruit, with light oxidative sensations.
