'Aristargos' by David & Nadia is the most ambitious blend from this Swartland winery, The Greek-flavored name reflects the Mediterranean vocation of the project and brings together Chenin Blanc with Semillon, Roussanne, Marsanne, and other white grapes. On the nose, it intertwines yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus, and aromatic herbs, while on the palate it expands creamy and fresh, with a salty texture and a long finish. An enchanting white, rich and slender at the same time
