Granazza Vike Vike 2024

Vike Vike’s Granazza is a direct and straightforward Sardinian white wine. This indigenous grape variety, less well-known than Vermentino and Moscato, was historically cultivated by local farmers more out of tradition than for commercial purposes. Spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels and subsequent ageing in the same vessels give the wine a rounded and harmonious character. On the nose, it opens with notes of crisp fruit, white flowers and a slight hint of the sea on the finish. On the palate, it is taut with a distinct freshness and a savoury, lingering finish.
