The Barbera Primevì from the Cascina San Michele winery is a faithful territorial expression that tells the traditional characteristics of the grape variety that composes it. In appearance, it is an intense bright violet-red while on the nose it releases typical aromas of currants, fresh violets, and red plums. The slightly earthy aromatic component and wild strawberries are interesting. The taste is energetic and full, nicely fresh with crunchy fruit and balanced between body and structure.
