Barolo de L'Astemia is a fragrant and fresh expression of red wine from this prestigious appellation. The vineyards, located in various areas of the municipality of Barolo, face south and south-east, allowing them to capture all the energy that the sun releases on the Langhe hills. A soft, gentle Barolo, with aromas of red fruit, spices and dried violets. On the palate, it is full-bodied and distinctly savoury, with a dense and deep tannic texture. The perfect companion for structured dishes

result is a classic-style Barolo, which accurately reflects the vintage and the terroir of origin.

To the eye, the Barolo L’Astemia presents a bright garnet red, typical of Nebbiolo, with orange reflections that highlight the long maturation and the passage of years. On the nose, fresh red fruit notes dominate, accompanied by hints of sweet spices and delicate scents of withered flowers. On the palate, it is full and savory, with a dense yet elegant tannic structure, featuring an intense but moderate and delicate profile for a Barolo. The sip is balanced, smooth, playing on  finesse rather than power. It pairs naturally with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, elegantly accompanying the more structured dishes of the Piedmontese gastronomic tradition.
