The Barolo from the Lo Zoccolaio winery is the most authentic expression of the richness of the territory from which it originates: the Langhe. The exposure of the property's vineyards is among the best in the area, and the grapes come from Barolo, Monforte d'Alba, and Verduno; the winemaking ends with a 36-month aging in French barriques that gives this wine its renowned structure. The color is garnet, and the aromas released evoke sensations of oriental spices and toasting. The sip is broad, intense, with a lively tannin and a long, savory finish
