The Barolo “Monvigliero” by Luigi Einaudi is a high-quality red, produced with grapes harvested from the main cru of the Verduno area. The nose reveals intriguing hints of flowers and red fruits, along with sweet spices and typical balsamic notes reminiscent of mint. On the palate, it reveals a structure of great importance, along with warmth and great persistence. A perfect wine to accompany high-quality meat dishes, but also excellent to sip alone, in meditation, after having left it in the cellar for a few years
